HSE Approved Training Courses

HSE TrainingThe Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 placed a responsibility on all employers to provide adequate and appropriate first aid provision for their employees. It is a legal requirement to have trained first aiders in the workplace.

All our trainers and assessors are fully qualified to train you to the levels required by the HSE to meet the requirements of the First Aid at work Act (1981). The following HSE approved first aid training courses are available. All of these courses can be held at a client's site by arrangement.

Emergency First Aid


Emergency First Aid CourseEmergency First Aid is a practical and adaptable programme to establish and increase knowledge of emergency procedures, and the skills to deal with typical injuries and illnesses. Having overall raised employee first aid awareness and skills is a proactive management health & safety statement, and increases employee confidence in health and safety in the workplace.

HSE Approved Three Day First Aid at Work Course


HSE Approved Three Day First Aid at Work CourseThis Health and Safety Executive approved three day-course complies with HSE First Aid Regulations of 1981. First Aid coverage in the workplace is a legal requirement and this course is a requirement by any employee required to act as a First Aider within the workplace.

HSE Emergency First Aid In The Workplace


HSE Emergency First Aid In The WorkplaceA minimum six-hour programme (one day) for those who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures and gain a recognised qualification in First Aid. Where an employer’s assessment of First Aid needs identifies that a three-day First Aid at Work qualification is not necessary, the minimum employers requirement
