Adult Social Care Common Induction Standards

Staff Development Courses

This course is aimed at all new staff and those moving roles who work in health and social care. It involves a comprehensive 4 full days of mandatory induction training to assist with the completion of the Skills for Care induction work book. The course will cover the 8 Induction Standards as set out by Skills for Care.

This course will include presentations, handouts, group work and exercises. The style of delivery is flexible with scope for adjusting activities to suit individual's needs.
