Staff Development Courses

This course is aimed at all staff working in direct delivery of services. This training promotes the requirements of the Equality and Diversity Act 2010. Equality is everyone's right and everyone's responsibility. This half day awareness session will strengthen your understanding of Equality and Diversity. This course will include a presentation, handouts, group work and exercises. The style of delivery is flexible with scope for adjusting activities to suit individual needs.
