Automated External Defibrillator Training
Any workplace can choose install on-site AED units. AED access and use vastly increases the survival rate of a cardiac arrest victim. This four hour programme is for those who wish to gain knowledge of emergency first aid procedures and the ability to use an AED. Where an employer takes the choice to provide a workplace AED, training is required to give staff the knowledge and confidence to use the device.
Who needs AED training?
This automated external defibrillator (AED) training course is for businesses where the employer takes the choice to provide a workplace defibrillator. Training is required to give staff the knowledge and confidence to use the device effectively in an emergency. Delegates will learn how to operate a defibrillator and how to perform effective CPR. Delegates do not need any previous first aid knowledge to recieve this defibrillator course. At the end of the course, each candidate will receive a certificate of satisfactory completion.
