New Food Safety Courses

Know How Training now offer six new food safety courses to complement our existing range of health and safety training courses. These courses provide a thorough understanding of food safety procedures, emphasising the importance of monitoring staff, controls and systems.

The selection of new courses includes Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering, Manufacturing and Retail, with 3 others focussed around food business owners, trainers, production managers and hygiene auditors. These food safety training courses are popular with local authorities, food retail businesses, restaurants, cafes, food manufacturing businesses, caterers and any establishement where food is prepared, cooked and served.
