The New Normal

  • News

We have all seen and experienced many changes over the past year, and the way in which we deliver our training is no exception. Here at Know How Training, your safety and that of your workforce is our priority, as we continue to deliver training courses with the same enthusiasm, professionalism and approachability as always, but with revised working practices in place for the protection of all. As a team, we are now continually adapting and monitoring our course delivery inline with the latest advice from the government and training advisory bodies.

The New Training Normal

Candidates attending our courses are now temperature checked on arrival, with contact details recorded on entry, allowing us to effectively track and trace. Venues are also checked prior to the delivery of a course to ensure suitability of the training space for all attendees.

Our courses are currently being delivered at a safe social distance, with our trainers wearing enhanced personal protective equipment for the safety of everyone. We are providing the provision of hand sanitisers for candidates to use, and our training rooms operate under controlled entry and exit procedures.

A list of some of our current training safety measures include:

  • Candidate temperature checks on arrival
  • Risk assessments via questionnaire
  • Candidate contact details recorded
  • Training undertaken at a social distance
  • Training venue checked for suitability
  • Enhanced personal protective equipment
  • Changes to practical elements of courses
  • Provision of hand sanitiser for candidates to use
  • Controlled training room entry and exit

For those businesses and companies where staff are physically unable to attend a course, we do offer our training for delivery via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, depending on numbers and viability. As a team, we strive to operate as efficiently as possible in the new normal, and like everyone, we look forward to getting back to some kind of normality soon. Stay safe, be kind, and please ask if you have any questions about any of our courses or services.
