Care With Dignity

This care with dignity training course is aimed at all staff working in health and social care. It involves a half day session that explores how dignity starts at the very top of the organisation with the manager and owner taking responsibility for ensuring their staff provide a dignified service. The course will make delegates aware of how customers feel when they are not treated with dignity and respect.

Who needs care with dignity?

Everyone deserves care with dignity. How staff that provide care and the way they deliver it are the standard by which service users will measure whether they have been treated with dignity and respect. This care with dignity training course is aimed at all staff working in health and social care and is popular with local authorities, adult health and social care workers, care homes and those who work in the voluntary and community sectors.
