Equality and Diversity
This course is aimed at all staff working in direct delivery of services. This training promotes the requirements of the Equality and Diversity Act 2010. Equality is everyone's right and everyone's responsibility. This half day awareness session will strengthen your understanding of equality and diversity, including key principles of anti-discrimination legislation and the impact of discrimination on a person.
Who needs equality and diversity?
This equality and diversity training course is popular with the local authority, adult health and social care, care homes and workers in the voluntary and community sectors. The style of delivery is flexible with scope for adjusting activities to suit individual needs. It is ideal to support and complement other courses including the Equality Act 2010, Putting People First and the Quality Assessment Framework Fair Access, Diversity and Inclusion.
