Equality and Diversity

This course is aimed at all staff working in direct delivery of services. This training promotes the requirements of the Equality and Diversity Act 2010. Equality is everyone's right and everyone's responsibility. This half day awareness session will strengthen your understanding of equality and diversity, including key principles of anti-discrimination legislation and the impact of discrimination on a person.

This equality and diversity training course is popular with the local authority, adult health and social care, care homes and workers in the voluntary and community sectors.
